This rig configuration also harbors our signature digital SCR system which sets the standard for durability, efficiency and performance. its modular components are easily accessed and serviced, Monitoring and troubleshooting have been made simple via a front mounted, human-machine interaction system with multi-language capabilities.
For AC variable frequency motor driven drilling rigs. Any hoisting speeds, rotary speeds and pump strokes can be adjusted and any speed regulation 8power utilization of them can be improved as a result of taking VFD and numerical control technology.
The equipment on the floor and the mast can be installed at ground level and raised to position with power of drawworks due to using a parallelogram integrally raising substructure (Height: 7.5m/9m/10.5m).
The hydraulic disc brake is used as main brake of the drawworks. The braking torque is large and it is reliable to brake. The brake handle is located in the driller’s cabin to greatly reduce the intensity of driller’s labor.
The INDEP rotary table is provided and the chain box has two gears. They are placed under the drill floor, on which there is a large operation area.Auxiliary brake of the drawworks can be either an eddy current brake or EATON brake, which is easy to control, improves reliability, and extends the service life of disc brakes and brake blocks at the time of tripping. The drums are provided with grooves that improve line spooling. The over-spooling-valve crown protector runs accurately and reliably. A height indicator for traveling block is also equipped to increase drilling safely.The drawworks is provided with an automatic disc brake unit.
