The annular BOP is named for its sealing element, the annular shape of the rubber core. Its structure is usually composed of four parts: shell, top cover, rubber core and piston.
When the hydraulic control system is used together, when there are drilling tools in the well, it can seal the annular air pipe of different sizes; When there is no drilling tool in the well, the annular space formed by the kelly pipe, coring tool, cable, wire rope and the wellbore can be completely closed. Under the combination of the pressure regulator and the buffer accumulator, cobalt can be forcibly pulled out through the 18 degree butt welding drill pipe without fine buckle.
According to the structure of the rubber core, the annular BOP is divided into two structures: tapered rubber core and spherical rubber core:
Tapered rubber core annular BOP structure features:
1. The rubber core is completely interchangeable with HTDRIL.
2. The wear belt protection is added to the original structure, which can prevent and improve the cylinder pulling phenomenon caused by partial load of the piston.
3. The lifting ring is partially enhanced and can be used to lift the BOP group as a whole.
4.The card type connection is easy to disassemble and replace the rubber core.
Spherical rubber core annular BOP structure features:
1. The rubber core is completely interchangeable with shaffer.
2. The wear belt protection is widened on the original structure, which can prevent and improve the cylinder pulling phenomenon caused by partial load of the piston.
