Unique Structural Design：
- Our BOP has an annular body, with a rational and practical design. Its housing is made of Casting 4130 and F22 materials, ensuring long-term durability and the ability to endure harsh working environments.
- The packing element is made of synthetic rubber, offering excellent sealing performance. It features a lip seal with self-sealed capability, enhancing reliability. A bore in the piston enables easy measurement of the rubber's life and helps monitor the condition of this key sealing component.
- For connection, the claw plate connection is used. It ensures reliability, evenly distributes shell stress, and facilitates convenient installation. The upper pistons are cone-shaped, making the product's outside diameter relatively small. Besides, the friction surface has an abrasion proof plate to protect the header and is easy to replace, thus prolonging the product's service life and reducing maintenance costs.
Advanced Functional Features:
- Structurally, the tapered packing unit is used and the head and body of the BOP are connected by latch blocks, which is stable and efficient.
- The lip-shaped seal ring is adopted for dynamic seal to minimize wear and ensure reliable sealing, eliminating concerns about leakage.
- Only the piston and packing unit are moving parts, effectively reducing the wear area and greatly shortening maintenance and repair time, saving time costs and improving operational efficiency.
- All metallic materials in contact with well fluids must meet NACE MR 0175 requirements for sour service. It can operate safely and reliably in complex well fluid environments, especially acidic ones. Well pressure also facilitates sealing to enhance the overall effect.
