Since the power system, drawworks, derrick, traveling block system are amounted on the self-propelled chassis, truck-mounted drilling rigs can be moved easily and quickly when necessary. Our products have been designed with the drilling depth ranging from 1000m to 4000m and the maximum static load capacity ranging from 1350kN to 2250kN. They have the characteristics of stable performance, strong cross-country capacity, easy movement and low operation cost. They are quite suitable for drilling wells with shallow or medium depth.
1) The vehicle mounted drilling rig is driven by a diesel engine, with reasonable power matching, high transmission efficiency and reliability. The overall structure is compact, with a high degree of containerization and a small footprint.
2) It adopts a self-made or Class II heavy-duty chassis, equipped with a hydraulic power steering system, which has good maneuverability, off-road performance, and lateral stability.
3) The main brake adopts band brake or hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake adopts pneumatic water-cooled brake or water brake, etc.
4) The mast adopts a front opening double section set mast shaped mast, which is tilted forward or upright. The hydraulic cylinder is lifted and retracted, and is equipped with windproof and load guy ropes.
5) Complete configuration of solid control system, well control system, high-pressure manifold system, generator house, engine & mud pump house, doghouse and other auxiliary facilities can meet user’s different requirements.
6) Design concept of this rig is "people-oriented". The rig is installed with safety facilities and inspection equipment, and is in compliance with HSE requirements.
