Taper Type Annular BOP
Feature
1) Use the tapered packing unit and the head of BOP and the body are connected by latch blocks.
2) The BOP dynamic seal adopts a lip-shaped seal ring to minimize the wear of the seal ring and ensure reliable sealing.
3) Only the piston and the packing unit are moving parts, which effectively reduces the wear area and shortens the maintenance and repair time.
4) All metallic materials that come in contact with well fluids shall meet the requirements of NACE MR 0175 for sour service.
5) Well pressure facilitates sealing.
Description
This product features a lip seal with self-sealed capability for enhanced reliability. It has a bore in the piston for stroke test to measure the rubber's life. The claw plate connection ensures reliable connection, even shell stress and convenient installation. Its upper pistons are cone-shaped, resulting in a small outside diameter of the product. Moreover, the friction surface is equipped with an abrasion proof plate to protect the header and is easy to replace.
